Hi. My name is Jake Travers. I’m a 61-year old caregiver who has been learning the ropes after his mother-in-law fell down the steps in her home at 89. After 2 visits to the hospital, she moved in with us.
Every day is a new learning experience – especially since she’s having a harder and harder time remembering things like what day it is and where each member of the family is.
So I’m here to share what I’m learning.
